I came here to change my sim to esim. The first staff didn’t even know what’s esim and asked me that do I mean to go paperless. Then, another man who seems to be a director said that it’s impossible to switch my sim to esim unless I add a line to my plan which is funny. I told him that, on at&t website, it says that one can go to any retail shop to get a esim for his original plan and number. But the man insisted that he is right and said he never heard of this. Finally, I came back home and have a live chat on the at&t website, the online staff send the esim QR code to my email in ten minutes. The staffs in this shop really need some training and I don’t know why they are so confident when they didn’t know anything.
