I started filling my prescriptions here because it is closer to my residence than the CVS where I previously filled my prescriptions. I get the same prescription every month, and it’s important that I take it every day. Every month they have to order the prescription, which is the case at other pharmacies too; however, this pharmacy is not at all timely. Every time the prescription is sent in, I call to check on when it will be ready, and they tell me two days. They go past and I call again. I’m told the same thing. Repeat. I call again and find out that they never ordered it. Sometimes I’ve gone nearly two weeks without medication. Totally unacceptable. I will be switching back to CVS. They were much better. The longest I ever waited there was three days.

My first dose appointment of the COVID vaccine took me about 20 minutes + the 15 minute wait.The second dose appointment lines were over 3 hours long. To calculate, we counted the amount of people “waiting” in the waiting area and divided 15 min by that number. Each appointment was taking between 6 and 8 minutes. There were about 20 people ahead of us, so 3.5 hours worth of waiting at a minimum plus the 15 min required to wait afterwards.When I asked if I could reschedule to make another appointment, a bunch of pharmacy techs who were leaving told me “we only have one pharmacist on staff right now, thats why”. But yes, you can reschedule and use a different location. So at the two hour mark, I left.Everyone seemed to be a little frazzled, not sure why they are taking so many appointments if they can’t even serve people within 1 hour of the appointment. The woman checking me in was helpful. They desperately need help and leadership at this location.
