Social Profile :
We acquired the Chevrolet line in 2006. By this time, all of the new car dealers had moved to the Salinas Auto Mall (Highway 101 and Boronda Rd.) and Chevrolet was the only one left on Abbott St. which was home to many car dealers for many years. Months after acquiring Chevrolet and turning it into MY Chevrolet, we moved the franchise to our 444 Auto Center location. In 2008, we remodeled our building from green/purple to beautiful blue/light grey. Not hard to miss on Highway 101! We are happy to continue serving the Central Coast and the farming community with new, certified and used Chevrolets along with Service and Parts.

Great service, great people, great experience.
Brandon Leniart
He is the nicest, friendliest, most relaxed car salesman I’ve ever dealt with.
Dominique Mitchell
The salesman, Angel, was absolutely fantastic to work with.

I appreciate that they honored the recall notification on my truck and replaced the passenger air bag. They also washed my truck as a courtesy which is nice. However, I am not likely to ever seek out services from Chevy because they are HIGHLY and grossly overpriced (much like ALL dealerships). When I asked for an estimate on replacing the broken exterior door handle (which is plastic) I was told that just to LOOK at the truck and diagnose would be $175. I don’t need to pay that much to KNOW THAT THE DOOR HANDLE IS BROKEN and the pin is loose! Then she said that it would cost $289 to replace it. No way. I went elsewhere and it was a quick fix at half the cost and there was no initial diagnostic fee as the body shop could CLEARLY see what the issue was.

My representative Jessi was very patient and demonstrated key customer service skills in getting me in the truck I wanted. I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughly satisfied with his recommendation. Once the additional parts arrived the services department had a representative named Anna that helped me exponentially in pointing me in the right direction. I felt very welcomed by the service and parts staff.

I liked that the staff is now washing cars. I liked the time that was offered to me. There was hardly any people. I liked the service and that the waiting area was available for my baby, my husband and I.
