Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We’ve been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

The store itself was great all of the ladies that were on the floor were very helpful and extremely nice, however the cashier was horrible! My mother is a Frontline worker and wanted to use her discount, lets just say she was interrogated about every item she was purchasing the cashier kept talking to her very condescending and extremely rude, we were completely aware that she would have been the only one receiving the discount, but the way she was treating us was completely unacceptable. Rolling her eyes after folding every item being nasty for absolutely no reason. We had spent a very pretty penny in the store and the way she treated us was disgusting and tacky, she ruined our Lululemon experience. If and when we do go back we will make sure to not get her as a cashier!

Ordered a item on line get a email said it was delivered never received item. Contact lululemon with copies of messages and was told to wait for it , again checked email still says it was delivered but no one ever showed up to my door . So much money for something I’ve never received don’t trust this store for delivery still haven’t resolved the issue. .

I love this store. Every single employee I’ve had interactions with has been so sweet, so nice and so helpful. It’s refreshing to go to a store that has attentive customer service. I don’t agree with how they’re handling the covid-19 issue (I think it’s an overreaction) but it’s not just the store and I’m know that every single human being that works in the store doesn’t have any control over that, that it comes from corporate. Thanks for being a fun place to shop.
