I can hardly wait for companies, like Cox, to become obsolete! It’s an absolute travesty how much they charge for basic cable. When the pandemic hit in 2020, they wouldn’t even help the children who were trying to do their schooling from home. It took them months to finally offer a discounted service for low income children!

Cox is the living embodiment of unrestrained corporate greed. Our government has failed us in allowing ISP fiefdoms to have full control over a geographic region. In turn we are left with dispassionate and negligent service providers who have no desire to improve or do what’s right for the customer.Imagine walking into an Apple Store after buying a product only a few months ago only to be told that they cannot exchange or fix it in store. Instead you need to schedule a call to schedule a drop off of a new device. This is the exact experience I had when trying to return a Cox Panoramic Wifi Pod which stopped working after 2 months of use.Cox is the lowest of the low in terms of customer support and the process around it. I yearn for the day in which more options become available so I can cut the cord on Cox faster than a train going downhill in the rain.
