Went shopping around a couple dealerships and felt like I wasn’t wanted. No offers to help and ignored for 30 minutes at one. Went to LA HD and met Josh less than a minute after I walked in. Zero pressure, tons of information and lots of advice. He even borrowed a backrest off his bosses bike so my wife could get the full experience behind me on the test ride. Bought a 2021 Street Glide Special on site and some accessories which they installed and delivered the bike to my house the next morning. Could not be happier with their customer service from Josh (sales rep), the finance guy, the trade in offer, parts and service all the way up to the gal that helped my wife pick out a free shirt. LA HD will get ALL of my business.
