Best Buy has changed its policy’s. No contact with store to get updates and was frustrating. Waited to pick up my computer an extra day as I made appointment to understand what was done and the man read the printed paper to me and was not in the least interested in explaining anything.. Dont make appointment waste of time! They no longer care about customer service. I feel it is a corporate decision and stores must follow.They had superior service for years.

If Geek Squad is about to tell you they can fix your computer they are wrong. They actually broke my computer by installing all their personal things on here. They also said fixing a graphics card in a laptop is impossible. According to Dell, this is very do-able and just requires effort. So instead, Gank Squad decides to take my computer, install their terrible applications on it, make me spend $400, and then cancel my membership when they noticed they can be sued for this. So in conclusion, if you want a real repair on your computer, get it with your computer company and NOT Geek Squad. Geek Squad will not only destroy your computer and charge you before hand then terminate your contract so you can’t sue them, but also will feed you false information with it, lie to you about specs and computers, what rank they were in some games just so you are assured they are gamers and know the ropes of specs, then give you a computer that once held 120 fps on max graphics on anything, now put to 10fps on lowest.
