I purchased a pair of New Balance a couple weeks ago,and it was a perfect decision! All of the NB Associates were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Towards me AND the other customers in the store. These guys will help you to find the exact pair of shoes that match your comfort, the condition of your feet, and your goal for having a great pair of shoes. Please visit the South Bay New Balance store. They understand how to put your unique feet in the right pair of shoes.

Store is closed between 2 pm and 3 pm. We walked up to the door at 2:59 as they were letting the 5 people waiting at the door inside to shop. They shut the security gate as we were walking up. 15 minutes later we were still standing there (and finally left). No one ever greeted us or made any comments about any limited capacity. No one said a word. There is also nothing on the doors or chalkboard to indicate any capacity limits. If you’re only allowing a certain number of patrons in at once, that’s totally fine. But be polite and communicate, in some way, with the people you shut the gate on.
