The only reason I am giving this place a 1 star is because you can’t give anything lower. To say I’m upset and disappointed with the work at this location is an understatement. We took my son’s car to Caliber Collision in December after he was involved in an accident.First thing is after a very long delay and updates as to why it taking so long, our service person promised car would be done on March 11, 2021. I told my son that the car he has been waiting to get back was finally going to be completed and to call on March 11th to see what time he could go pick it up. He walks in with a disappointed look on his face and tell me he just called and they said it was going to take another week. I say, that’s impossible! I talked to the service rep last Friday, she told me it would be ready this Friday for sure! I call this person extremely upset and I get a, I’m really sorry, I thought it would be ready but it’s going to take another week. Really! What! Then why would you say it’s definitely going to be ready on this date? So another week goes by and the car is finally able to be picked up just as they are closing on that Friday.He picks up the car and he and my wife see a dent in the drivers door that was not there before. They point it out to the service person who has so far poorly handled this entire experience. She tells my wife that they have a person who could come out to our house and fix it. That was it, no follow-up afterwards, no call, no contact. I finally send her an email and she tell me that she will check with their person to see if he does house calls. Why on earth would you tell us that you have a person who can come to our house to fix it if you did not know if that was the case?So, my son is diving his car and he keeps hearing a banging sound under the hood. He checks under the hood and realizes what the banging is from. They have not secured the battery! The battery is simply sitting in the tray unsecured! So every time he turns a corner or accelerates or brakes, the battery is banging off of everything it can. He showed it to a mechanic and was told the positive terminal banging on the metal post could have spark and caused a fire.I don’t expect people to work miracles on my behave or do me special favors. What I do expect from people, is to simply do your job correctly. Now, I’m left to wonder, if they did not even secure the battery, what else is wrong with this car my son is driving around in.There are a lot of places to get your car repaired. Stay away from this one!

Noee and Maria were amazing!!!!! Front desk was great and very prompt, timelines were according to what was discussed and communication was top notch! Hopefully we don’t need to come back but if for some reason we have to we will be coming here!
