Poor customer service, unfortunately. I bought an item here and one of the employees told me I could return it since I wasn’t sure if it would fit in my home. When I tried to return (tag still on), the manager didn’t believe me and quizzed me on what the employee looked like, despite that I signed up for their rewards program and created an account when I was last in. Sad to have such a negative experience over $6. With many amazing thrift stores in LA, I’ll be skipping this one in the future.
