This is the worst T-Mobile store in the world. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Yesterday I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 with a trade in phone. The phone I want to trade in was not eligible. Still I reluctantly made the purchase anyway.That evening I read the Trade In promotions again. In it T-Mobile was accept a Samsung Galaxy S7 for $200.00 trade in value. I called T-Mobile customer service number and explained the situation. They instructed me to go back to the store. They could void my original purchase and re-purchase the phone with the $200.00 trade in.Today I go back to the store, now I am told there is a $75.00 re-stocking fee to void my original purchase but they were going to give me the same phone back. According the Assistant Manager that was company policy. There was no was of avoid the re-stocking fee.Called customer service again I explained the situation. They said the Assistant Manager was wrong. To avoid another issue they would send me a UPS shipping label. They would get the $200.00 credit to my account.The Assistant Manager did not care about customer services. He was just too lazy to resolve the problem.

Staff provided amazing, professional service. Staff is very kind and friendly. My phone was lost/stolen they quickly advised what to do and where to call. Now I’m waiting for my replacement phone.Thank you very much.
