My local CVS . Whenever it’s busy with a line, there are several employees manning the registers working hard to move it. Thank you, this is appreciated. I hate lines and normally wouldn’t make one. The app makes it easy to find deals, coupons, and savings. Employees are knowledgeable of the program and always ask if I would like to apply my coupons. Surprised to see my CVS has bad reviews, thought I would share my positive experiences.

I purchased a box of cereal in March 2021 and recently opened it , only to realize that the box of cereal had expired in 2020. I called the store and spoke with Shawn, who advised me to return for an exchange. Upon my return, I explained the above situation to the cashier and she started the return process but ended up needing a manager. The manager came over and assisted with the process, but as she walked away she stated to the cashier that the cereal could not have been bought last month. I really did not appreciate that comment, especially for a $2 box of cereal. If I purchased the cereal last year and failed to consume it prior to 2021, I would have NEVER returned to the store about it. The comment made me feel as though the manager was insinuating that I was lying. Perhaps, the focus should be on ensuring that expired foods are not on the shelves. Also, as a manager she should be trained on making unnecessary comments.
