Expect damaged returns to be sold as new for pickup and online orders. Bought 4 Yeti tumblers online and 2 of the 4 arrived dented and with labels tapped back on. They should be sold as 40% returns not as new items at full price.Now I’ll have to see how good the in store customer service returns are for online orders. Although the entire point of online purchase is to not have to go to the store in the first place.
