What incredible service! Karam helped us upgrade our phones and get internet at THE lowest rates possible. When he couldn’t get through a phone call (no fault of his own; corporate changed a number and didn’t notify employees of the new number), instead of having us wait any longer, he said he would follow up and schedule our Internet installation. I honestly thought I would have to call him the next day to remind him. But no! He called me the next day and informed me he scheduled our Internet installation at an unbeatable rate. I’m truly impressed with Karam’s professionalism and follow through. Will definitely keep visiting this store in the future!

Best AT&T in Orange County! I was assisted by Fernando as well as the store manager, Tony…both helped me make updates to my our family’s plan and get all the new phones we needed ordered. In addition to that, Tony took the time to help me set up my AT&T app. They are taking proper covid protocols and were very professional. If you’re looking to go to a store, I highly recommend this one!
