Left my wallet in the restroom and manager said their cameras didn’t capture who went in the restroom after me.. Then, my wallet was gone. So either and employee kept it or her. Never did any manager refuse to efficiently run the cameras back to verify. She was absolutely no help, even then they treated me like I’m the one who stole something. Very very unprofessional, uncompassionate and little to no effort type of professional ethical values.

Imagine going to grab a pair of leggings, and finding out that instead of just walking up and grabbing what you need, you have to dig through a nightmare of clothing. I’ve never seen an old navy in such awful condition!To top it all off, two employees stood behind the counter were gossiping (loudly) while completely ignoring the fact that there was a line. I don’t typically post negative, petty reviews like this but I was really disappointed in the whole place. I get that it’s an old navy, not a Tiffany’s, but good grief.

I love that there are more cute styles coming out and the clarence you must keep an eye out for. Just make sure you have room in your wallet for everything you may find.
