Plenty of choice in the men’s store and pleasant service from the sales staff.

Love their dresses they have. I found several for my sons wedding and dinner party. So happy they always have what I need!

Great selection; downside, it stays warm in the store, to the point where you don’t want to stay for long. They are woefully understaffed and the staff they do have are overwhelmed. They did their best with customer service, but what can you do if there aren’t many of you. Expect long waits at the registers and to get help on the sales floor. Covid kicked retail’s butt so definitely be patient with their staff.I feel for them, loads of customers, constant warmth in the store, and they have to deal with lack of staff still.

went specifically to buy a dress, found a very nice black cocktail dress, went to pay and the cashier was the most rude person I have ever been checked out by, the other cashier looked scared of her co-worker,Macy’s needs to have mystery shoppers, this lady’s rudeness went over and beyond disgusting. I paid and walked out!!
