Excellent service! Quick pick up and drop off. I was at other commercial Hertz location so they even gave me Lyft ride to and from so that I can get there and rent a car. Also got free upgrade to Buick. It was over all great experience. I would recommend this Hertz location to anyone.

It was just before Christmas and completely chaotic, and yet the staff was AWESOME and friendly! There was an online mix-up (not on Hertz) and they had to rearrange a LOT of folks from one location to another and handled it really well, even honoring my original price but then finding a way to make it a tiny bit cheaper. Certainly a HUGE help around the holidays. I want to give a shout-out to Carlo who answered every question I had, even in my EXHAUSTED state. Great experience. I appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness tremendously.
