Just had the worst experience trying to buy a charger, i test drove it loved it and said we could discuss figures as soon as we did the numbers just started going up and up so finally I offered to just pay the vehicle off with a certain amount and the manager sarcastically said “well i would too but thats not how it works” and then as i was leaving he said “i am just trying to educate you” to which I replied i do not need education, i need a vehicle. Terrible customer service. Keep in mind the manager was being smug and acting as if i was not a customer but more of a nuisance.

Our puppy demolished our only key fob for our truck. Thurston was able to get us in same day and get a key connected. Definitely 4-stars for the service department, but the parts department ended up charging more than originally estimated. Also had to pay for parts and service separately which wasn’t the easiest with a toddler…
