Took my daughter in to buy her first car. She wanted a used Hyundai Sonata. She saved all year and wanted to pay cash, as to have no car payment. When we pulled up, our salesperson was leaning against the wall, on his phone. He didn’t come out to greet us, he waited till we walked across the lot. Nice kid though. Told him what we were looking for, and he had 2 Sonatas. The first one, a 2015, silver, right within her budget. The 2nd, a 2016, white, $1,000 more than the 2015. We asked to drive it. After he pulled it around, opened the doors, trunk, and we looked inside, I was taken aback at the back seats. Both sides looked like someone bled a lot on them. I said I couldn’t believe they’d even show a car like that. He says, I’ll sell you the white one. Ok, she got the white, 2016 Sonata. About 4 days after bringing the car home, they called to explain that they messed up on the sales contract, and needed me to come in and sign paperwork. Turns out, the front end drew up sales contract for the silver 2015, and, not the white 2016 that we drove home. Nobody had told the finance guy the screw up, so when we went in to re-sign, nothing was ready. It took 90 minutes of wasted time to fix their mistake. Tony, our finance guy was great, really pleasant. He’s the only reason 3 stars were given. He was 2 of those 3. After all that, my daughter got a great little car.

We were greeted with a smile and found the salesperson to be very knowledgeable about the inventory and details about the various and numerous autos available. After a short test drive we were convinced that the Hyundai Santa Fe was meant for us. We had looked at several other Dealerships over the previous three weeks but none of those offered what we were looking for, as all parties were courteous and attentive. They were good listeners and provided a wealth of information about the vehicle we finally selected. We love our new Hyundai.
