Ordered a bed frame the end of February was told 8-10 weeks it’ll be ready for pick up. Called end of March just for update and was told it’ll be ready in April. I call for an update in April and was told it’ll be ready May 19th past the 8-10 weeks. So I asked if they would consider delivery for the inconvenience and was told no. Then I am told it’ll be ready May 28th. Next day I get a call from the company and it won’t be ready until mid June now. Won’t refund my money unless I go inside the store. Every time I call I am given a different reason for the delay. The workers don’t really know what’s going on or they just lie to get customers to stop asking questions. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Found the bed frame I wanted online for 600$ cheaper with delivery included. This company isn’t worth the wait or the money.
