I went to the T-Mobile store to get a new phone and the wait was long and the store was closing soon. One of the managers Moises came out and and explained that he would help everyone.Once it was my turn he was very helpful, knowledgeable and took his time with me. Another associate Jasmin also helped me she was great! Thanks to both of you for making my experience pleasant.

We came in to buy a new phone. Maria was very courteous and professional.Maria was showing us all different models of the cell phone and suggested all the accessories to protect the phone. We were very pleased with her service and bought SAM GS 20 5 G plus phone case, screen protector and insurance.I have to mentioned this to Diego that Sara was very rude on the phone and unprofessional when I called today to check on my screen protecter replacement order on the other day that Maria made the request for me. Sara insist me to go in to their store in order to help me. I told her I live far and due to Covid 19 , I don’t feel safe to go out. Overall, she could offer me alternative assistance, but she didn’t.Therefore I changed 5 star to no star to this store because Sara:s attitude was not appreciated.

What amazing customer service. ASHLEY IS AMAZING! Professional helpful so kind and understanding. We were having so much trouble trying to transport a Sprint number to my existing t mobile account. They figured out a way to do it. Thank you for your help Sara! After four days of going to different stores and a couple hours with customer service. We were losing hope. Thank you guys. We are so deeply sorry to have kept you all after closing. This truly made us have a better experience. Thank you again.
