The Away store has our full travel product collection from luggage and travel bags to organizers and magazines. We have carry-on and checked suitcases in softside, hard shell and aluminum. Our travel bags like the Tote shoulder bag are popular for commutes, try the duffle Weekender for the gym and more. All our inventory comes with a 100 day return policy.

I had never bought a piece of luggage that was over $100, but I read stellar performance reviews online, and their luggage looked cute, so I went in person to the store.I loved their customer service, they went through every detail with me, and I left with the everywhere bag and the bigger carry on. I came back a month later -after taking it to 3 countries- and exchanged it for a different color. Even the exchange experience was good. I’ll keep coming back to this company for my travel needs.

This company is impossible to reach. We returned a suitcase in April and still haven’t been refunded.Here’s our situation:1. We’ve reached out on their [email protected] over 10 times since April and have gotten zero responses.2. We’ve called their customer service line and couldn’t get through to a person. Their customer service phone line is a voicemail redirecting you to go online.3. We called their stores and it’s the same voicemail redirecting you to online.4. We haven’t received an answer from their online team SINCE APRIL.Bottom line:Don’t buy from hereDEAR AWAY, RESPOND TO THIS. BELOW.You need to refund us for our returned suitcase–it’s been 6 months. Respond below. DO NOT give us a generic help@ response. Be decent.
