Jeff Smith is one of the kindest folks I know and is a man of integrity. He will help you find the right mattress for you because deep down he cares and wants you to leave his store happy and with the best product. He takes the time to listen and find a good match. Our new mattress was delivered smoothly within 24 hours of purchase and it’s simply wonderful. My preschool aged son likes it so much, he tried faking being sick so he could spend the day relaxing on it.

Had the best service at Napa Mattress Firm. Robert the sales man was unbelievably helpful! What a great experience.Edit: 3 months later had some issues with the bed that were unrelated to Mattress Firm. However, the manager Jeff made sure I was still taken care of. What a wonderful group of employees they have working there. 100% recommendations for Mattresses Firm on Imola Napa!
