Hermes are totally dropping the ball in opening up after the pandemic. Their stores are severely understaffed and the lines outside are brutal. And this isn’t like Gucci or LV where the lines are long because they have hundreds of customers…. this is just 10 customers having to wait an hour because the store isn’t staffing correctly. Makes for really bad experiences. P. S. If you’re going to make customers wait that long for buying such expensive goods, offer some shade and water at least!

About a month ago was my very first experience shopping with Hermès and it was absolutely enjoyable. My SA (Arthur) who helped my husband and I was so friendly and helpful. He showed all levels of the boutique and took the time to explain some of the items even with only an hour time for my appointment. I am enjoying all my purchases and I will continue shopping at the Beverly Hills location because of the great customer service
