The Store Manager was very friendly and very helpful. She convinced me to upgrade my account and get a tablet. She also took the time to show me how to use it after she set it up. Any time I come to the store I always get great customer service.

They have the worst customer service ever. I called to see if they have a phone in stock because i live in Buellton and who ever answered the phone said i cant tell you over the phone you will have to come in to the store i told her i need to know before i come in because i live in Buellton i dont want to drive for nothing and she said ohh i dont care where u live u still have to come in. Are you serious. I called the other metropcs by Walmart and they were able to tell me. I went over there and i got the best customer service ever also the best deals. They have a lot of phone accessories i would recommend everyone to go there.
