Ok first let me start off by saying how disgusted I was by one of the staff who color matched me with her finger Gross!!! And very unsanitary this is not the first time she has done this I didn’t get her name, second the staff doesn’t have any product knowledge, why are you a beauty advisor if dont know anything about Makeup or skincare or sanitary applications

I was there a few days ago to get an eyeliner but they didn’t have it so I called today they said they do have it. I drive there and they don’t have it, so I asked for help to see if maybe it’s under the shelves there’s maybe 4 workers and 6 people in store stood there for 10 minutes while several other people had simple questions they could have taken care of quickly. It was a Monday and they were acting like it was Sunday on a busy day. They didn’t have the eyeliner and wasted an hour even though I tried avoiding this by calling.

I went in today to purchase a few items. The girls came off ok. As soon as I asked about multiple items they left.So I began to look for items myself when I started to be constantly followed for taking to long. When I asked about items they didn’t have it. The girls in there were completely rude. I will be going to a different location or online. If your reading this!!! Make this your last location to visit thank me later!!!!!
