I ordered chocolate dipped apples and cookies for my 9 year old for Valentine’s day. Apples are amazing as always. We had never tried the cookies so we decided to give them a shot. The website indicates freshly baked..but they’re hard and crunchy. What a waste of money

Nice people working hard to make things right!! I ordered 45 minutes before my pickup time and their were ready and fresh for me to pickup glad there’s new management at this place very happy with the results. My wife’s birthday and she was blast with the birthday box..

Ordered an arrangement for my daughter for Valentine’s day. She waited for it all day. I tried calling the store and couldn’t get anyone to answer and now they are closed. The day is over, the tracking shows delivered but it was never delivered!Paid a fortune for no delivery and a disappointed daughter on Valentine’s.I wish I had checked this store’s ratings before I used them. I have never had a problem with my local one.
