We came to this store due to the high ratings. We regret that decision. Here are the issues:1) they were ill equipped to discover the different flooring thickness of the already installed floors compared to the new flooring. Therefore the transitions were too large for a decent transition strip. A competent flooring company would have noticed this and placed flooring material under the newly purchased flooring.2) they did not finish off the stairs with a skirt (as seen in the pictures). One salesman said it was included In all flooring, and one salesman said it is not included without it being written In the agreement. This was never spoken of during the purchase the option of how to complete the stair wall or not. We would have certainly agreed to complete the job had it been brought to our attention .BEWARE of this company. Not helpful, incomplete work, no follow through.

Wanted to change our floors after 17 years from wood to something that would not get ruined by our Golden Retriever so we paid a visit to LA Carpet in Yorba Linda and was greeted by Ted. He came out and measured and brought many samples. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his guidance on what to avoid. These guys know their stuff. Estimate was written and deposit was given and a date was set. Day 1) 6 people showed up and started by removing our furniture and covering them and then started tearing out the old wood floors and they removed everything and cleaned up and left. Day 2) they started installing the wood looking porcelain floors and that was all installed by end of the day. Day 3) they applied the grout and cleaned up and placed all the furniture back and that only took half a day. Day 4) another crew showed up and painted and installed our baseboards. All and all it was a fantastic experience and my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company. Amir
