Awful service!! Started by giving wrong information of having device in store when I called before to make a purchase. I let it go and gave a second chance. Went to the store and bought new phone, the sales man assured me that the phone was going to the store and I would pick it up there two days later. Later on I checked my email and the phone was shipped to address that supposed to be mine, but wrong address!! I called them and they said they can’t help and that I should call 611. Manager did not help and didn’t even apologize. “Good thing” that the advice was already shipped to wrong address and when I said that, again, manager said they can’t help and to call 611. I have been in several t mobile stores and by far this store is just a shame.
