DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE QUALITY! I purchased 8 chairs 3 years ago, after the first years the plastic thread have been unraveling. I contracted the company wanting to have them repair or replace the 3 chairs, well one year warranty! Caution against companies who promote this exceptional quality yet only guarantee their products for a year! We consumers have rights and this is wrong, why did the company fail to disclose they could unravel after one year, they don’t want to risk sales.

Over a month to receive furniture and when they arrived there were scraches in the powder coat. Now trying to get another set delivered 6 weeks later. Set was delivered finally but without cushions. Another week to get cushions. Now that we have the furniture in good shape we are satisfied with the chairs, but the process was painful.

It’s like trying to book a flight using award miles. Oh, you want that one? It’ll take 2 weeks to load out…then 5 weeks to transport (but ETA could change…for the worse) and they’ll be no way for you to track your shipment. Our carrier doesn’t provide that information. — Can I just arrange shipment on my end? Sure…but you’ll pay 10% California tax and btw the cushions you requested (white) aren’t available for 10 weeks. You can have gray. — I thought I was being an idiot for spending $6K on two club chairs…turns out, it can’t be done any way.
