Murphy intersects with Washington Ave, where you will also find great food vendors too. Love that there are local musicians who add to the atmosphere. Another plus are the various restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat for breakfast or lunch too. No pets allowed down the main street, but you can walk then along the sidewalk if you want to bring them. My husband sometimes bring our dog and split up and then grab breakfast or lunch. It is a nice outing.

Many items were exotic to us (jujube fruits, for example) and certainly not things our local market here would ever have on hand. We got green beans, bell peppers, yams, and OMG–the Acme Bread Company had a line out to here, which we joined. A loaf of sourdough for a picnic, a cranberry and walnut loaf just because it looked so good….
