Updated to make note of one of the employees who was very helpful. It seems to be a time management issue, their customer service quality is good.Waited at least 30 mins to get service, appointments kept showing up and leaving us waiting even longer. Reps kept walking into the back and taking way longer than necessary. They’re either understaffed or simply do not have any respect for their customers time and showed no interest in providing service. Definitely a shame to be here

Horrible employees, super rude. Verizon sent wrong phone? Trying to charge me a restocking fee $50. On the phone 2 hours with Verizon just to get fee waved when they sent a whole wrong phone in the first place! CRAZY!!! Like I walked in nice for a simple exchange like they said on the phone prior and was blindsided by shady business practice. Will be looking for new phone company in future. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE.
