I could not have asked for a better experience with this store. Karina was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. I was greeted immediately when I entered and my wait time was minimal. Karina went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new phone and my overall experience. She even got her husband to help me jump start my car in the parking lot when I found out my battery had finally died for good. Great service, great rates and I love my new phone!
