Really good selection of clothing for everyone. Lots of open space not too crammed. Definitely coming back to Goldie’s. Super trendy store, for sure.

The problem with Goldie’s is that they do not offer refunds on their merchandise. Period. The reason they give is that they are a small boutique and that you’ve tried on the clothes in the store. So, don’t buy anything you are unsure of, that you’re thinking will pair well with something you have at home, that your partner may not love, or that you want to give as a gift. The store is attractive and the staff are helpful; they have nice items at fair prices, but their return policy and their lack of customer service guarantees that my daughter and I will never shop there again–and my goal is to always shop small, local businesses first, so it makes me sad.Their web site states they want their customers to be happy, so you should write to them with issues. I did. After three emails, I finally got a reply. I wrote them back to plead my case for a refund and four emails later … silence.Over $42 (Plus my sales tax) they lost two customers—and my eagerness to recommend them—I am truly disappointed to change my good feelings about this store.I know you can’t always get what you want, but they DO give refunds on their web site, so an exception could be made for someone who is not their target demographic but took a chance on a sweater and returned it, unworn, four days later. It seems like good customer service to me.
