This Walgreens is awful. Don’t go here for your Covid vaccination. First time I waited, with an appt, 1 hr and 20 min. They messed up and scheduled my 2nd Pfizer vaccine for 4 weeks instead of three. This time 50 minutes but you had to stand in line and wait. I asked if i could sit down and wait since I have a bulging disc in my back. They treated me like a criminal. Like i was trying to cut in line. With everything being so open now, I would recommend anywhere but here.

Please be advise that if you BUY A PHONE THERES NO RETURN POLICY FOR IT. I know it’s misleading and it’s a pain because you pay so much and they deny the return. Manager on duty today wasn’t helpful at all and even though there’s absolutely no SIGN stating nor the receipt states no phones can not be return. We researched everywhere Walgreens return policy and it clearly states we are allowed to return with receipt. I feel scammed and robbed, we bought a phone and it’s not 3 Days old the touch screen doesn’t work. Yes we are filing a formal complaint because this will NOT happen to someone else like us.

This Walgreen in South Fontana sucks, told me to wait 15 minutes for a prescription but an hour gone by, I am still waiting. They are extremely short handed and the waiting line is so long. I end up walked away and went elsewhere.
