We decided to do a self pick up of a recliner, so you have to drive 5 minutes from the showroom to the distribution center. Cool. We make the quick drive and back our truck up to the loading dock area. We go to the window with ID and paperwork, and 5 minutes later we have the recliner. Easy peasy. Be warned…. do this as soon as they open, don’t wait around until the afternoon. There were repeat customers there that complained about busy afternoons, so that’s why they were there upon opening. The staff are no nonsense. In, out, keep it moving.
