*READ BEFORE YOU BUY*I purchased a pair of pull down window shades at a reasonable price. Could have picked it up at Walmart for less but like you I wanted to help the stores in the mall especially the smaller ones. I opened the box a few days later and found it was an inferior product. So I took it back for a refund. We’ll, I was told that all sales are final but the gal offered to give me store credit. This is not a reflection of her but rather the management’s policy. Given the current climate of C19 retailers should be bending over backwards to grow their business. Instead this retailer wants to stick it to their customers to bare the burden of inferior products. This $14 item cost them a negative review and a buying customer. Doesn’t make sense to me how biz owners can’t figure out how to take care of their customers
