I went to this store yesterday looking for a very specific shoe type for myself and my son. It was an hour away so I called first to see if they had it in stock. They did so I asled them if they could hold the shoes until I got there in multiple sizes to ensure proper fit. No problem. It took us much longer to get there than planned but they still had the shoes on hold. Found the ones that fit perfect for us and grabbed a few other items as well. The staff here is top notch. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Great job Vans staff! Keep it up.

Vans store is great. I only wear vans sunglasses and they have a good deal right now on sales items buy one get one half off. Also… A bunch of cute girls work there that are all super nice so cant complain

Took my daughter there to get a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately she ended up having to settle on the like 8th or 9th choice due to her size not being in stock. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful and apologetic.
