While I do miss the much larger boutique and cafe they once had a block over, this new location features everything you need to re-up your supply. The fact that I can have a great cup of ☕ for a fraction of the cost of a coffeehouse while also knowing my used pods are being recycled and composted, keeps me a very loyal customer! Also love all the free gifts I receive when buying a certain amount of sleeves. I’ve essentially thrown away most of my old mugs and replaced them with stylish designs by Nespresso that were free with my purchases.

Nice enough location, high pressure sales tactics and snobby sales reps. You’d think you were buying a luxury car not coffee pods. I think if Nespresso trains their staff to stay humble this could help the sense of Attitude they may not know they’re portraying.Overall if you indicate your lack of willingness to allow a snobfest they mellow out. It’s funny, I’ve worked in the luxury automotive segment for more than a decade. In that time, I’ve experienced less air of arrogance. It’s not all bad. The store is clean, it has an incredible selection of coffee brewers, accessories and plenty of pods. The organization is great and they allow you to taste before you buy (sometimes). I love how they have the pods displayed on the walls, great merchandise display! In review, if you have a Nespresso, you’re forced to buy online or come to a store– if you can get to a store nearby, you should do so because you can actually try without blinders. Just have your patience cap on.

Employee was polite and professional. Offered additional options beyond what I visited for. The coffee bar is nice with affordable beverages. Wish there was an option for a smaller portion than 16oz. Still a very nicely made moka.UPDATE: I returned today (the next day) excited to order another beverage only to find the coffee bar was closed. Employee stated it was down for maintenance…(please don’t become the next McDonald’s shake machine lol)
