I decided to leave a review because today I received a complimentary waffle aside from what I ordered and felt it was such a generous and touching thing to do. The guy who took our order and served us was alone, which isn’t too uncommon at this location as there is almost always only one person working. I usually come here when I’m not in a hurry to be anywhere else because the waiting time can be from 5mins to 30mins, depending on how long the line is. There was a line today and the guy was alone so our wait time was about 20mins, and we ordered two mango peach milkshakes (small with lychee and medium with boba), strawberry banana milkshake (small with lychee) and popcorn chicken. I’m in love with their mango peach milkshake it is so gooood! And their popcorn chicken is delicious. The waffle was yummy, and it came with a small lechera container. I’ve always had a wonderful customer service experience when I come here so this is one of my most favorite boba places to go to.
