First time here. I came in. I came for a collar and costume for my cat. The shelves were mostly empty. To be fair, there was a delivery truck out front. There were not many items for cats in the store. Dog collars and leashes. I did not make a purchase as they did not have what I came for. If you own a cat, I recommend another Petco or order online.

Sadly had a horrible experience after many positive experiences at the Larchmont Petco. A few issues.1. Had a grooming appointment at 9am yesterday – store was not open at 9am. They opened the store at 9:07am. Generally not a big deal but I had a work call at that time.2. THREE STAFF MEMBERS WERE NOT WEARING MASKS AT ALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS. None at all. Not in their hand. Not below their chin. Just no masks during a pandemic while I was in the store. Oh, and their GM is apparently in quarantine after I called the store to try and speak with him.3. No groomer showed up. My grooming appointment was at 9am, I waited around for 20 minutes and still no groomer. This typically doesn’t happen but after they opened the store late and wore no masks, I had enough. The guy there didn’t make an attempt to call the groomer – only suggested maybe I cancel the appointment. Did not ask if I wanted to reschedule. No follow up the day of or the day after. Nothing.Horrid customer service on Friday, 1/23 in the opening hours. Horrid.

The Petco website states if you want to make a grooming appointment for multiple dogs please call and make the appointment. I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks and no one is responding. You have lost my business. Also, they are always out of stock of my dogs food.
