PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE WARNED OF MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM the owners of this company on any website!!! My previous post was deleted and I expect that this on will be too. My experience with them was NOTHING like they are portraying themselves to be given all of their references to God, blessings, karma, positive energy, praying hands symbols, and INTEGRITY!!! I made a purchase initially on Facebook Marketplace on October 31, and another order on November 2021 that totaled $570.00 for books. Part of the books the owner, Ricky Lee, said were a Very RARE Complete Set of Original Nancy Drew Series Books. All from 1959-1970. The seller, Ricky, requested that I let him cancel the FB method of payment to save on shipping cost because he said the value of the books had been way underestimated because one of the books had been signed by the author and that this had not been noticed by a new employee until after the books were sold to me. So he cancelled the payment through Facebook Marketplace and I paid for them through Google Pay, at his request, so he could recoup some of the shipping cost on FB.. I have never received the books. The seller, Ricky Lee, said the first time he sent them he did not pay sufficient postage and it got sent back. This was irresponsible and anytime I have ever mailed a package they weighed it and let me know how much postage it needs before mailing it. He stated he re-mailed them. In the meantime I had asked for a tracking number many, many times before getting one. According to an investigation I started with UPS the package was lost. They sent a check to the seller and the seller, Ricky, had never told me he got it until I let him know weeks later that I knew he got a check. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. He refuses to pay me in full for my refund and states that it was not his fault that I did not get the package – he will not take any responsibility and do the right thing in good conscience and honor the buyer’s protection. He and his sister have both been very rude! I can only wonder how many other people have made purchases from them and not gotten their package and the money received by the company used for their good deeds. I also wonder how many other negative (even though they were truthful) comments have been deleted. It is all very disturbing to say the least.$570.00 is over half of a grand and they did not feel compelled in the least bit to do the right thing. As a Christian, I would have definitely refunded the money when I had proof that the package was lost!!! I am all for helping people IF the money used to fund the cause is funded in a good way. I have gotten legal advice and despite what Ricky says, he is in breach and I AM entitled to a FULL refund which I AM pursuing and I am reporting to BBB!!! Just, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE WARNED OF MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM THEM! If I could rate them zero I would.

This is a great company they delivered my covid-19 supplies today and I just barely put in the request a few minutes ago. I can’t believe it. This is a big help for the family and we appreciate everything that was given. God bless this company and everything these young adults are doing to support the community.
