I’ve had pleasant experiences here the majority of the time, but recently was denied the ability to purchase Royal Canin’s Digest Sensitive Wet Food for Cats because I didn’t have a prescription. Oddly, my fiancé and I have purchased that specific brand beforehand on several occasions. Not only were we denied, but the cashier and manager were both rude. So much for keeping pets in their best interest and no wonder other Pet Smart locations are going out of business. We’re going to take our business elsewhere.
