Steve was amazing, a few weeks back I bought a Smok RPM lite from these guys, through no fault of their own the device broke. I called them up and asked if there was any chance at repair. Steve said come on in lets see what we can do. After taking a look at it he stated that unfortunately the device was shot but he was more than willing to make an exchange for a similar product. Offered me plenty of exchanges for different products but in the end I went with a new pack of coils and juice for the mod that was in my car. Pretty much the price of the RPM device itself. If you have any doubts about the customer service here, let this review speak for itself. Steve was incredible, knowledgeable and kind.

They have a good selection and easy parking but I believe it is more expensive than similar stores I have been to on the Peninsula
