If I could give the McKinley Parkway location 0 stars, I would. On behalf of my in-laws, I have been to this store TWICE today to replace a cable box and have received an incompatible box BOTH times. The second time we went back, we explicitly explained to the staff member what had happened the first time (given an Enhanced box when we have a Legacy account), and they AGAIN gave us another Enhanced box. Before we left, we asked to verify that this second box we were getting was in fact compatible with our Legacy account. They- with attitude- replied saying “all the boxes look the same,” but assured us it was compatible. It was when we got home and hooked it up, we realized the staff had AGAIN given us the SAME Enhanced box. Unbelievable. This location does not seem competent enough to perform a simple task.
