Came here to stock up on the 25% off friends and family discount.My skin consultant, Natalie, was very knowledgeable and attentive. This store gets busy, and she was quick to help as many folks as possible. She also offered me some samplesof items I was iffy about.The only con is that my receipt was never emailed to me, as promised. I received tons of other ‘sign up’ emails from Kiel’s, but never the receipt. So the money I spent never transferred to points i could use later on. Also, the store was out of stock of the large ultra facial cream i wanted. I settled for the medium size. But I could have purchased the large size online using the discount.

My oldest bought items from the Cerritos Mall location. Only problem was we attempted a return the next day at Santa Anita Mall location and the first store had FAILED to e-mail his receipt so he had no proof of purchase. The kind staff actually called Cerritos to try and verify his buy and graciously gave him a refund after talking to them. I want to ADD that I noticed at Cerritos Mall the three staff members had NASTY lab coats on. The white coats were dingy and really dirty around the pockets and fronts near the buttons. Not so at the Santa Anita Mall. Their three staff ladies had clean lab coats on. Call me old-fashioned BUT it made me much more comfortable to see clean uniforms.
