The place has the best service ever here. They ran out of the phone I wanted. So the lady called a different Metro PCS store, found one, and even went to pick it up for me because I didn’t have transportation.

Unfortunately I bought a phone from Yessenia C. She gave me the phone out of the box and already loaded. I told her many times I DO NOT WANT INSURANCE OR ANYTHING ELSE ADDED. I simply wanted the $40/month unlimited data plan. When I got home I read the new texts saying my plan is $48/month and no unlimited data. I called all the nearby Metropcs by T-Mobile locations and they all said she was wrong. Insurance/caller ID is not automatically included. I decided to return my phone on the 6th day having barely used any data and not using it for 1hr. making calls, and in perfect condition because I dont want to support a lying con artist like Yessinia C. Jimena was going through with my return but than Yessinia walked through the door and they started speaking in Spanish so I couldnt catch it all. Than Jimnea turned on me and said I’m not getting a refund because the box it came in wasnt in perfect condition. No where does it say in the return policy that the box must perfect. Only the merchandise must be in perfect shape. It gets worse. After I said calmly I need a refund I’m simply following your policy Yimena, Yessinia C. and the manager Sandra all ganged up on me saying they are calling the police because I was yelling and making threats. But I have a tape recording of it all. Of them making false accusations and of them not giving me the refund I was entitled too. And for the uneducated that work there, a tape recording is legal if its used to prove discrimination. The same goes for the work place. I’ve spoken to Mike in the Emeryville hq and he assured me I will get the refund I’m entitled too. Next I’m going to Albany hq. Than after that I’ll be sending out emails of my terrible experience to EVERY SINGLE METRO/T-MOBILE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA until I get the refund I’m owed. I’ll also be putting up many poor reviews. I already got my YouTube and Yelp reviews out of the way tonight. Its gonna become my daily routine. I will find other avenues to criticize your store on 872 23rd St. Richmond, CA 94804 as well. I even offered to just exchange it at another store but still havent heard back. And if all else fails and I dont get my money back or new phone from elsewhere I will MAKE YOU PAY PERSONALLY YESSENIA C, SANDRA, JIMENA, EFFIMANATE BOY SITTING DOWN YELLING AT ME. Mi gaurantia.
