Just facts and no personal judgement here.I bought a brand new surfboard completely prepared with high level accessories (total 1000$ ish). The pad Octopus (50$) actually broke after the first sesh (issue with the installation?) and the surf shop unprofessionally tell me they can’t do anything for some reasons … I am very disappointed they even didn’t suggest any commercial gesture. I would have preferred to spend my money somewhere else taking care of customers satisfaction. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place for shopping your surfboard.

Knowledgeable staff ..I am 71 y.o surfing newby .. the older gentleman spent lots of time with me to explain critical features of the wet suit and gave me expertly justification on why the suit he recommend is the most sensible choice for me.Unusual these days, when most sales people don’t know much about the product and are pushing the most expensive staff on you
