I love this place! I have been coming to Primeco Wholesale since they opened business. They always carried a large selection of each item type and have great customer service(discounts, free coffee, and cookies – can’t beat that!). The owners are receptive to product suggestions, and they make it their commitment to ensure their customers are happy. Over the years, they have worked hard to achieve competitive wholesale pricing and stayed current in their product offerings.

Very poor customer service, ordered a bunch of torches and some other miscellaneous glass items for our smokeshop from them, when they came in a couple of the torches would not ignite, one was missing it’s base and one of my glass items was cracked. When I called to get a call tag to have them sent back the employee said there was nothing she could do to get a call tag for me per their policy (she was polite). I then requested a manager, when he came on he wouldn’t let me speak and just kept saying he would not send me the call tag, every time I tried to get a word in with him he would not let me finish and would get more upset with me that I was requesting said call tag, to the point where he was yelling, told me to shut up and hung up on me (twice). Management of this company is WILDLY unprofessional, our shop is over 40 years old now and we have never seen a wholesaler so poorly managed and not willing to entertain the idea of helping one of their customers with the faulty products they had sent. A 1 star rating is more than they deserve, but that’s the lowest rating Google will allow.
