I used to work at Tilly’s therefore I know the policies and procedures. I was returning an item it was past the 30 days by 1 day, so I knew it would be store credit. I didn’t want my money back I just wanted the store credit. The cashier then asked her manager if it was okay and the manager said no store credit. I grabbed my bag and went to a different Tilly’s. The other Tillys did the return for me no problem.

I bought a pair of shorts there for summer and the first time I wore them they started wrinkling in the crouch area and was very short in the back. I tried them on in the store and they did not look short. The material was very cheap. The other blouse I have bought there started unraveling when I was wearing it. Tillys has gone down in quality don’t shop here. The manager is also very rude and unhelpful. He refused to return the pair of shorts when I called the Tillys corporate office and they said that they could return them.
